At the end of February 2026, Việt Easy officially handed over a complete office furniture package for 8 floors of a grade A building in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The project includes over 200 individual workstations, 40 felt partitions, 30 tall filing cabinets, and 12 complete meeting rooms — all custom-designed according to client requirements, manufactured at the internal factory in Tan Duc Industrial Park, Tay Ninh.
Specific challenge: occupying an operational building
Unlike furniture projects for newly constructed buildings, the District 1 project had special constraints: the client took over 8 floors of an already operational building, so the furniture installation had to ensure (1) no disruption to other floors conducting business, (2) completion outside the building’s business hours and on weekends, (3) on-site assembly had to be fast to get the client operational within 6 weeks from the start of transportation.
The Việt Easy design team solved this with a pre-fabricated approach: all components were 90% completed at the Tay Ninh factory — CNC cutting, electrostatic painting, preliminary assembly — leaving only final assembly on-site. This method reduced on-site time and minimized noise for neighboring floors.
Custom design, not catalogue
Over 80% of the products in the project were not in Việt Easy’s standard catalogue — they were custom designs based on the client’s brand guidelines. Work desks used walnut veneer matching the wall paneling tone, cabinet handles were custom-made according to the company’s logo design, and felt partitions featured a three-tone navy/cream/burnt-orange color scheme per the interior moodboard.
This is a key differentiator for Việt Easy compared to imported furniture suppliers or pure OEM manufacturers: the brand invests in an in-house design team + in-house production, allowing them to accommodate every small custom detail without incurring the exorbitant costs of ordering custom samples from European suppliers.
3-level acceptance process
Before the official handover, the project underwent three levels of acceptance: (1) floor acceptance — checking desk surface flatness, drawer slide smoothness, chair frame sturdiness; (2) aesthetic acceptance — comparing colors, textures, and dimensions against the approved technical drawings; (3) operational acceptance — the client trialed for one week before signing the completion certificate.
Product warranty is 36 months for metal frames and 18 months for wood parts and ergonomic chairs — higher than the market average (12 months) — thanks to end-to-end quality control from the internal factory.
