Nhân Sự Vàng reaches milestone of 100,000 candidates — general labor increases by 65%

In early February 2026, Nhân Sự Vàng — the non-profit job connection platform founded by VIỆT ĐỨC TRÍ GROUP in 2022 — officially reached 100,000 registered candidates. Notably, the general labor and part-time segment increased by 65% compared to the same period last year, reflecting a shift in the demands of the Vietnamese labor market.

A Distinct Non-Profit Model

Unlike commercial job platforms, Nhân Sự Vàng has operated on a non-profit model from day one: no fees for candidates to register, upload CVs, or apply; free job postings for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with fewer than 50 employees; only modest fees are charged to large enterprises to cover platform operating costs.

The initial design goal was to act as a bridge for local labor — especially general workers who do not have pre-made CVs and are unfamiliar with English-language job platforms — connecting them with SMEs struggling to recruit in the post-pandemic period. After nearly four years of operation, the model has proven its sustainability and is now expanding to serve highly skilled professionals as well.

Clear Shifts in Candidate Structure

Data analysis from late 2025 reveals three notable trends:

Surge in general labor — accounting for 58% of new candidate registrations in 2025, compared to 35% in 2024. The two fastest-growing groups are warehouse workers (a consequence of the e-commerce boom) and F&B staff (the recovery of the restaurant and food service industry post-pandemic).

Part-time labor reached an unprecedented proportion — 22% compared to 12% the previous year. This reflects Gen Z’s desire for flexibility over full-time commitment to a single company, as well as an increase in university students seeking part-time work.

Faster matching speed — on average, a job posting receives suitable candidates within 48 hours, compared to 4–5 days two years ago. This is thanks to an improved skill-based recommendation algorithm and a sufficiently large user base to create a “network effect.”

Sustainable Growth, No “Cash Burn”

In a context where many job platforms in the same segment are facing cash flow difficulties due to “cash burn” models aimed at capturing market share, Nhân Sự Vàng has chosen a slow and sustainable development path. All operating costs are partially subsidized by VIỆT ĐỨC TRÍ GROUP and partially covered by premium service fees for large enterprises (fast job posting, CV screening by skills).

Most of the platform’s development workforce consists of software engineers from VietPOS Software and VietPOS.AI — rotating between projects to both support Nhân Sự Vàng and maintain B2C experience distinct from their core B2B business.

2026 Roadmap

In 2026, Nhân Sự Vàng aims for 250,000 registered candidates and will expand with a “seasonal labor” feature for the tourism and hospitality industry (summer and Tet peak seasons). The platform is also developing a mobile application specifically for general workers unfamiliar with computers — using only a phone number and photo to register, maximizing simplicity.
