Tây Ninh Factory — 8 Years of Internal Production Capacity Self-Sufficiency of the Group
Exactly 8 years since the factory in Tan Duc Industrial Park (Tay Ninh) began operations, VIỆT ĐỨC TRÍ GROUP looks back on the journey from a supporting processing workshop to a production capacity foundation for VietPOS Rack and Việt Easy.

May 2026 marks 8 years of operation for the VIET DUC TRI GROUP manufacturing plant at the Tan Duc Industrial Park, Tay Ninh. Launched in 2018 with the initial goal of processing display shelves for the VietPOS distribution segment, the plant has transformed into a core production capability directly serving two member brands: VietPOS Rack (industrial warehouse racks, supermarket shelves) and Việt Easy (custom office furniture).
From a supporting workshop to a comprehensive manufacturing unit
In its first year of operation, the plant only handled welding, assembly, and electrostatic powder coating for retail display shelf lines. After two years, the production line was expanded with CNC plasma cutting machines, servo punching presses, and automatic assembly lines — sufficient capacity to produce selective rack, drive-in rack, mezzanine, and medium-duty rack systems meeting international standards FEM 10.2.02 and RMI.
The office furniture segment of Việt Easy was integrated into the plant in 2019, sharing the CNC cutting line and electrostatic powder coating line — reducing fixed costs while shortening project delivery lead times from 4–6 weeks down to 2–3 weeks.
Supply chain self-sufficiency — a competitive weapon
Self-manufacturing provides three distinct competitive advantages: first, end-to-end quality control from steel coil raw materials to final assembly; second, proactive delivery scheduling independent of subcontractors; third, flexible OEM/ODM capability for project customers with custom designs.
In 2024, the plant won a contract to produce warehouse racks for a multinational logistics center in Binh Duong — a contract where relying on imports or subcontractors would have made the lead time infeasible. This was a turning point confirming the plant’s position as the Group’s competitive moat, not merely a production cost center.
Development direction 2026–2030
According to the medium-term plan, the plant will continue investing in three areas: (1) automation of logistics stages with internal AGV mobile robots; (2) expanding precision mechanical processing capabilities for B2B customers outside the Group; (3) integrating an MES (Manufacturing Execution System) to provide transparent order progress tracking for project customers.
With 8 years of stable operation and a mechanical engineering team proficient in the technology, the Tay Ninh plant serves as a foundation for VIET DUC TRI GROUP to confidently undertake large-scale warehouse rack and furniture projects — something very few Vietnamese entities can simultaneously handle across all three stages: design, production, and deployment.
