The end of 2025 marks 10 years since An Ninh Số became a member brand of VIỆT ĐỨC TRÍ GROUP. From a small EAS gate distribution segment integrated into the VietPOS ecosystem in 2016, An Ninh Số has grown into an independent brand specializing in smart security, serving retail chains and high-end buildings nationwide.

2016–2019: The EAS Shaping Period

In the first three years, An Ninh Số focused almost exclusively on one task: deploying EAS gates for supermarkets. This was a very nascent segment in Vietnam at the time — most supermarket chains had not invested in dedicated loss prevention systems, relying on manual observation by staff. An Ninh Số imported Sensormatic and Checkpoint equipment from the US, collaborating with local technical teams to reduce installation costs — a viable solution for Vietnamese mini-supermarket chains.

By the end of this period, An Ninh Số had become one of the leading EAS distributors in the Central region, serving over 100 stores from Da Nang to Quang Binh.

2020–2022: Expansion into Surveillance Cameras and Access Control

The Covid-19 pandemic paradoxically opened up opportunities: businesses increased security due to reduced on-site staff at many locations. An Ninh Số expanded its portfolio to include IP surveillance cameras and access control systems (ACS), officially partnering with Hikvision, Dahua, HID Global, and ZKTeco. This was the period when the brand transitioned from an “EAS gate seller” to a “total security system integrator” for project clients.

The year 2022 was a milestone: An Ninh Số won its first integrated security project bid for a Grade A building in Da Nang — comprising 80 cameras, 60 ACS card readers, library gates, and a fire alarm connection system. This project established its new position as a “system integrator” rather than just a “vendor.”

2023–2025: AI Cameras and High-End Smart Home

In the last two years, An Ninh Số has invested heavily in two advanced areas: AI cameras (behavior detection, people counting, facial recognition) and high-end Smart Home (Crestron, Lutron, Aqara for villas and penthouses). These two segments are growing over 60% faster than the traditional segment and are contributing an increasingly large share of revenue.

Notably, the on-edge AI camera segment — running analytics directly on the camera chip, without sending video to the cloud — meets the data security requirements of FDI clients and is a strategic direction for 2026–2028.

After 10 years, An Ninh Số has built integrated partnership relationships with over 30 leading global security brands: Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Bosch, Hanwha, Avigilon, HID Global, ZKTeco, Suprema, Sensormatic, Checkpoint, Nedap, CEIA, Garrett, FAAC, Came, Genetec, Milestone, Verkada, Smiths Detection, Crestron, Lutron, and many other specialized brands.

This is an asset accumulated over many years — not purchasable with money, but only attainable through real projects that demonstrate technical capability and reliability to the manufacturers. Official partnerships allow An Ninh Số early access to new product lines, in-depth technical training, and better prices than intermediary imports.

Next Decade Direction

Entering its second decade, An Ninh Số identifies three strategic priorities: (1) advancing AI on-edge cameras for the enterprise segment; (2) developing multi-brand management service software (VMS) instead of only integrating single-brand solutions; (3) expanding geographically into Laos and Cambodia through local partners.
